From intimate moments to high-energy sets, the music experience is designed to keep the crowd moving and connected from afternoon through nightfall.

Down the Rabbit Hole Artist Spotlight

From rising stars to nationally touring acts, these are the artists who define the Down the Rabbit Hole sound.

Nikki Lane

A standout voice in modern outlaw country, Nikki Lane blends retro Americana with fierce, independent spirit. She has toured internationally and shared stages with Lana Del Rey, Social Distortion, Sturgill Simpson, and Chris Stapleton, and has performed at major festivals including Stagecoach, Austin City Limits, Newport Folk Festival, and Outside Lands. Her bold storytelling and high-energy live shows have made her one of the most respected performers in today’s Americana and roots scene.

Uncle Lucius

Uncle Lucius has long been known for their unique blend of roots rock & roll and country soul. Since adding heavyweights Doug Strahan (guitar) and Drew Scherger (bass) to the fold, the band has expanded its palette, exploring new musical landscapes and reveling in the power that comes from following sonic avenues, without prejudice, wherever they lead.

The results onstage speak for themselves.

Jake Kohn

Jake Kohn is a Virginia-based singer-songwriter whose deep, resonant voice and evocative storytelling have quickly set him apart in the Americana and roots music scene. Drawing inspiration from artists like Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, and Justin Townes Earle, Jake crafts songs that tell vivid stories of real American lives, often rooted in Appalachian history. Still early in his career, he has already appeared at major festivals including MerleFest, Newport Folk Festival, Pickathon, and Bourbon & Beyond, and has shared the stage with artists such as Sierra Ferrell, Sam Barber, and Wyatt Flores. With a rapidly growing national following, Jake Kohn is emerging as one of the genre’s most compelling new voices.

Rob Leines

Detroit-born singer-songwriter Rob Leines delivers gritty, soul-soaked Americana with a rock ‘n’ roll edge. A veteran of the road, he has headlined clubs across the U.S. and opened for acts such as Reverend Horton Heat, Shooter Jennings, and Ivan Moody (Five Finger Death Punch).

Known for his raw vocals and electrifying stage presence, Leines has built a loyal national following through relentless touring.

Emily Nenni

California-born and now based in Nashville, Emily Nenni is one of the most exciting rising voices in modern honky-tonk. Blending classic country twang with soul, rock ’n’ roll attitude, and sharp storytelling, Nenni has built a reputation for songs that capture heartbreak, late nights, and the grit of real life.

Her acclaimed album On the Ranch helped introduce her to a wider Americana and independent country audience, while her follow-up record Drive & Cry showcases her growth as a songwriter and bandleader, featuring a collection of deeply personal songs written almost entirely on her own.

Known for her electrifying live performances and authentic honky-tonk spirit, Nenni has earned a devoted following on the road and in Nashville’s legendary dive bars. With powerhouse vocals and a fearless attitude, she delivers a show that feels both timeless and fresh—making her one of the standout voices in today’s country and Americana scene.

Ted Z and the Wranglers

Based in Southern California, Ted Z and the Wranglers fuse outlaw country, roots rock, and classic Americana into a high-octane live experience. The band has performed at notable venues and festivals such as Pappy & Harriet’s, The Troubadour, and Viva Pomona, and regularly shares bills with national touring Americana and roots artists.

Their storytelling lyrics and foot-stomping arrangements make them a crowd favorite wherever they play.

The Van Allen Twins

The Van Allen Twins deliver harmony-driven California Americana steeped in folk, country, and roots rock traditions. They’ve performed at respected venues and festivals throughout the West Coast, including The Hotel Café, Topanga Canyon venues, and regional Americana festivals.

Known for their rich songwriting and captivating live harmonies, the duo continues to gain recognition for their authentic, stripped-down performances.
